BelCanto is the company restaurant by Groot Eiland for the internal staff of La Monnaie operahouse. As in all our restaurants, we work in a sustainable, seasonal way with homemade dishes, desserts and patisserie. Our employees follow a training and work experience programmed with a view to reintegration in the regular labor market.
